Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

There might be potential delays due to a high volume of orders and delays with our postal service provider (Australia Post) due to any reason foreseen or unforeseen are unfortunately outside of your control.

Our standard shipping across Australia is free of charge for orders over A$100 and A$9.95 flat-fee for orders under A$100. Express shipping (Australia Post Express) is available with a flat shipping rate of $15.00 per order. We can also ship to P.O Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia.

Please note we do not offer pickups or local delivery options under any circumstances. Also, we do not offer international shipping at the moment to any locations outside of Australia.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@umkami.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
